With a cast comprised of mostly unknown actors, and some great practical monster effects & stop motion animation, Mosquito is one of the most entertaining films from this period of low-budget sci-fi. Gary Jones, the co-writer/director of the film is the one responsible for a great pace. There are also some hilarious one-liners & some good acting by the no-name cast.
